The COSMABL. Platform

COSMABL. is an online booking platform for in-home cosmetic consultations across Sydney and NSW, operated by Northern Beaches Aesthetics Pty Ltd.

Patients use COSMABL. to browse consultation services, book an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner, manage their appointments and pay securely online.

Practitioners use COSMABL. to manage their services, availability and appointment schedule.

How COSMABL. uses Google user data

Practitioners can optionally connect their Google Calendar to COSMABL.. When a practitioner connects their Google account, COSMABL. requests access to:

• Basic profile information (name and email address) — to identify the connected Google account.
• Calendar free/busy and read-only calendar information — to display accurate availability and prevent double bookings.
• A booking calendar created by COSMABL. — COSMABL. creates and manages events only in this calendar, to add confirmed appointments and video-consultation links to the practitioner's schedule.

COSMABL. uses this data solely to provide scheduling functionality. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with third parties. COSMABL.'s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
